2024 Cora Nunnally Miller Fine Arts Scholars

The Franklin College has named three current first year undergraduates as 2024 Cora Nunnally Miller Scholars in the Fine Arts. Each student will receive a $3000 scholarship, in addition to any scholarships they currently receive. Howe to receive lifetime achievement award from the Oklahoma Center for the Book

The Oklahoma Department of Libraries and the Friends of the Oklahoma Center for the Book Board of Directors has selected UGA faculty member LeAnne Howe to receive the 2024 Arrell Gibson Lifetime Achievement Award in Oklahoma City May 11.  The award is named after Arrell Gibson who was born December 1, 1921, in Pleasanton, Kansas. Language flagship programs catapult 2024 Boren Scholars

A record number of 11 UGA undergraduates were selected for Boren Scholarships this spring. The award is designed to add important international and language components to students’ educations by giving them the opportunity to study overseas in world regions critical to U.S. interests.
